SBA 504-Purchase

Sequoia Commercial Lending, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of a SBA 504 loan for the acquisition financing of the Hinoki & the Bird commercial space, located in “the Century” in Century City, CA.

Our firm was able to structure a 90% LTV loan, which included a 30-year amortization on the 1st TD, fixed for 10 years, with a step-down prepayment structure. The 2nd TD is a SBA 504 loan, which is fixed for 20 years with a step-down prepay structure.
